• Four plus years of experience in the medical offices, six in customer service
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, Medisoft and Athena EHR systems.
• Work effectively independently and am an excellent team member
• Professional and courteous approach to customer service
• Excellent Public Relations skills; work well with diverse groups of people
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, speak some Arabic, and also very light Spanish
ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
• Highly motivated to accept responsibility and work with minimal supervision
• Eager to learn, adapt well to challenging and continually changing situations
• Continually upgrading skills and qualifications
• Able to anticipate customer needs and ensure satisfaction should problems arise
