Shaykh Waleed Basyouni graduated with a Bachelors in Islamic Sciences from Al-Imam Muhammad University, KSA; did his Masters in Islamic Theology, World Religions and Modern Religious Sects from Al-Imam Muhammad University; and acquired a Doctorate in Theology. Shaykh Waleed is a Hafiz of the Quran since early age. He has Ijaazahs in reciting the Holy Quran and in several books of Hadeeth, awarded by various scholars. He studied under great scholars such as Shaykh Ibn Baz, Abdul-Razzaq Afify and others.
Shaykh Waleed is the founder and Director of Texas Dawah Convention. He is also the Vice President of al Maghrib Institute. He teaches at American Open University, Al Maghrib Institute, Arees Institute, and Al Kauthar Institute. May Allah continue to bless him and his family and to benefit the Muslim community in Houston and North America to benefit from his efforts.

The following video sheds a light on how the Prophet (saw) loved his wives and cared for them. It shows a side of the Prophet (saw) that we all need to be aware of. However, this website has a reservation on the title, since the word "romantic" could mean a lot more than just "loving". One of its meaning is "fanciful; impractical; unrealistic: romantic ideas," which is everything the Prophet (saw) is NOT.
